Your Questions, Answered.

Who is eligible for these treatments?
GoodMind Therapeutic’s clinician-guided programs are generally designed for:
  • Adults experiencing ongoing mental health symptoms or chronic conditions, particularly those who may not have benefited from previous approaches.
  • Individuals seeking additional clinical support or alternative care pathways.
To confirm eligibility, you can start by filling out the screening form. Requirements may vary depending on the program.

You can start by completing our screening form, which helps determine whether our clinician-guided programs may be a good fit for your needs. Once we receive your form, one of our clinical team members will contact you to discuss your mental health history and assess your eligibility.

Low moods are a natural part of life, and for many people they’re temporary and manageable. However, for up to 47% of Australians, persistent low mood can be part of a broader mental health challenge that may affect daily life. It can look different for everyone, but common experiences include:

    • A loss of motivation or interest in things you once enjoyed
    • Difficulty focusing or completing tasks
  • Feeling isolated or disconnected from others

Treatment options may include prescription medicines. This would be determined by a specialist psychiatrist following assessment. We are unable to advertise prescription medicines directly.
