Our clinician-guided programs are designed to help you feel supported and understood.
A growing range of approaches is being explored within mental health care, guided by safety, ethics, and a deep respect for the people we support.
Dr. Rosalind Watts, Clinical Psychologist
Clinician-guided programs are structured, evidence-informed approaches that provide professional support to help individuals better understand and manage their mental health. These programs are delivered by multidisciplinary mental health professionals in a safe, clinically supervised setting designed to foster insight and support.
This clinician-guided program is delivered by registered nurses in a controlled clinical setting. It typically follows a three-month schedule with phased visits:
You can start by completing our screening form, which helps determine whether our clinician-guided programs may be a good fit for your needs. Once we receive your form, one of our clinical team members will contact you to discuss your mental health history and assess your eligibility.
Low mood can often be triggered by significant life changes, such as moving house, the loss of a loved one, or a relationship breakdown, as well as by ongoing stressors like financial instability. Lifestyle factors, including poor sleep, reduced physical activity, and patterns of negative thinking, can also contribute to how we feel.
However, external circumstances aren’t always the cause. For many people, changes in mood may be influenced by natural variations in brain chemistry or hormonal levels, even when there’s no clear external trigger.
